A formal agreement covering the operational aspects of the services
(such as operating hours, help desk support, and escalation procedures)
along with the commercial arrangements is structured for each Provider.
We can provide a template for this when a new Provider is preparing
to join the service.
Our charging structure is based on a monthly subscription or "presence
fee", and is designed to cover the basic costs of our infrastructure
and operation / technical support for the live service. There is
a one-off cost in testing and implementing the initial service,
and we can provide bespoke developments on an individually priced
basis.
We use a mixture of quote volume charging and fixed fees for online
submissions. We intend to remove the quote-based elements once we
are able to move to a fully submission related ("reward based")
model.
